Because Noir Aesthetics products are natural and handmade personal-care products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

If your product arrives damaged due to an issue with the product or packaging, Noir Aesthetics may provide a replacement after the damage has been reviewed. You must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery and provide one continuous, unedited video clearly showing the damaged product, its packaging, and the condition in which it was received. Requests submitted after the 24-hour period will not be eligible for replacement.

Products that have softened, melted, or leaked as a result of heat exposure are not considered damaged products eligible for replacement. Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving and properly storing their orders after delivery.

If your package is lost, delayed, misdelivered, stolen after delivery, or otherwise affected by a shipping-carrier or delivery issue, please contact the carrier directly for assistance with the shipment.

Because Noir Aesthetics products are crafted with natural butters, they may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures, direct sunlight, or other heated environments. This is a natural characteristic of the ingredients and does not affect the quality of the product. We recommend keeping your products in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight and heat.

If your product arrives softened or melted, place it in a cool, dry area and allow it to return to a firmer consistency. You may also place it in the refrigerator for a short period to help it solidify. Melting or softening caused by heat does not mean the product is spoiled and does not change its intended benefits, yet texture can change once solidify.

Store your Noir Aesthetics products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and heated environments. Because our formulas contain natural butters, exposure to high temperatures may cause the product to soften or melt. For best results, always secure the lid after use and avoid leaving your products in hot vehicles, near windows, or outdoors.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and retrieving their package promptly after delivery. Packages left outdoors, in direct sunlight, mailboxes, vehicles, or other heated environments may expose products to temperatures that can cause softening or melting. Noir Aesthetics is not responsible for heat-related changes that occur after a package has been successfully delivered.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after purchase. Please note that Noir Aesthetics ships orders on Mondays only. Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 5 business days for delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way so you can monitor your package and plan for prompt retrieval upon delivery.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact Noir Aesthetics as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or the package can be redirected. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address WILL be the customer’s responsibility.

Noir Aesthetics products have a shelf life of approximately two years when stored properly. To help maintain the quality and integrity of your product, keep it tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. Always use clean, dry hands when handling the product to help prevent contamination and preserve freshness.

We recommend reviewing the ingredient information for each Noir Aesthetics product before use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities. Perform a small patch test before applying a new product more broadly. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a known skin condition or concerns about specific ingredients, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

A little goes a long way. Start with a small amount and gently massage the product into your skin or hair, adding more as needed. For body and face butters, applying to clean, slightly damp skin can help seal in moisture. For hair butter, apply as needed to help moisturize, soften, and nourish the hair.

For all Noir Aesthetics products, we recommend using once daily. Additional use may be enjoyed at your leisure based on your individual skin or hair needs and preferences. Always follow any product-specific directions provided on the packaging.

Every Noir Aesthetics product is handcrafted in small batches using natural butters, botanical oils, and herbs. Because of the natural ingredients and handmade process, slight variations in color, texture, or consistency may occur from batch to batch. These natural variations are normal and do not affect the quality or intended use of your product.
